* The OFYR Classic 100 has a larger cooking surface than the 85 models. Moreover, different temperature zones between the inside and outside of the plate are created
* You can prepare a full meal for 15-20 people and have a fire for 9-11 hours before the ashes need to be removed
* Due to the larger capacity of the cone, this model uses more wood and it takes about 10 minutes longer to reach the right temperature, compared to an 85 model
* The black-coated models require more maintenance than the Corten steel models and, despite a high-quality coating, are more susceptible to scratches and damage.
