HOW TO USE A BBQ PIZZA PLATE?
How does it work? Place the BBQ pizza plate on the barbecue. Prepare your barbecue for indirect heat and bring it to a temperature of 250 to 300 °C. Let the BBQ pizza plate heat up on the barbecue for 10-15 minutes. Never put a cold BBQ pizza plate on a hot barbecue, otherwise you risk it cracking. Sprinkle a handful of flour on the BBQ pizza plate to prevent the pizza from sticking to it. Carefully slide the filled pizza onto the BBQ pizza plate. You do not need to use any oil or baking paper for this. Then let the pizza cook under a closed lid. The heat is evenly distributed over the BBQ pizza plate so that the pizza base is baked evenly. This way you get a nice crispy result. Buen Appetito!

HOW DO YOU MAINTAIN A BBQ PIZZA PLATE?
It’s important that your BBQ pizza plate has cooled down completely before you clean it. You can remove any baked-on leftovers with a spatula. You can clean the BBQ pizza plate afterwards with a soft brush and/or a soft sponge and warm water. It is important that you do not use soap or something similar. The BBQ pizza plate could absorb the smell and taste. It is perfectly normal for your BBQ pizza plate to discolor or have a few stains after a while, this will in no way affect the operation of the plate!

THE ROUND BBQ PIZZA PLATE OF BARBECOOK
